Abstract

Whether employment carried out within the purview of the extraterritorial adjudicative jurisdiction of a coastal state, as codified within the Convention on the Continental Shelf, was to be regarded as work carried out ‘in’ the territory of that contracting state for the purposes of applying the Brussels Convention.
