Abstract

Executive managers have a two-way-gatekeeper role when implementing honors education in an already existing context. In this research talk we will describe the complicated balance of forces that Dutch executive managers experience when implementing honors programs. More specifically, we focus on executive managers’ perceptions and thoughts about this implementation.
