Abstract

In a sample of predominantly clinically referred preschool children, we tested and validated the factor structure of the CBCL Dysregulation Profile (DP). The results supported the hypothesized conceptualization of DP as a dysregulation syndrome that summarizes children’s propensity towards psychopathology, which exists next to specific anxious/depressed, aggressive and attention problems.
