Abstract

In this article, Silke Zwijsen, Machiko Kanetake and Cedric Ryngaert examine whether an arms-exporting State is internationally responsible if the importing State goes on to use these arms to commit internationally wrongful acts, or if the exporting State accepts the risk that such acts might be committed.
