Abstract

The upcoming 3rd framework programme Research for Sustainable Development (FONA) will tackle the global environmental problem of plastic litter in the marine environment. This will encompass research in favour of sustainable production and consumption within a participative process. The SÖF Communications present the Joint Programming Initiative – Connecting Climate Knowledge for Europe. It allows German scientists to collaborate with European partners providing climate adaptation strategies.
