Abstract

Data for reproducibility of a study aiming to determine agreement and clinical interchangeability of cardiac output and cardiac index measurements from transthoracic echocardiography (reference test) and the two-gasometry indirect Fick method (index test) in critical care patients from a low-resource hospital in Querétaro, México. A total of 243 transthoracic echocardiography cardiac output measurements were performed in 81 different time points, from a total number of 52 unique participants. This study was approved by the ethics and research committee of the Health Services of the State of Queretaro, Mexico (registration number: 1616/08/09/2024).
