Abstract
After having highlighted the heterogeneity still present in the various national legal systems
in the field of criminal procedure, the author focuses on the relationship between
OLAF, the future European Public Prosecutor’s Office (EPPO), other European offices (Eurojust,
Europol) and national judicial authorities, taking into account the pertinent articles
of the Treaty of Lisbon.
