Abstract

reclarify is a software package written in R for automating the sorting and grouping of LDIR particle data from the Agilent Clarity analysis suite. Grouping, sorting, and processing data produced by imaging software takes time, and lacks transferability reclarify aims to automate the data handling process and cut down operator bias.
