Abstract
This experience report describes an intervention conducted with adolescents undergoing socio-educational measures. The intervention aimed to offer a space for participants to propose activities to be developed in the socio-educational system. Activities were conducted by a university team that worked together with two adolescents residing in a juvenile detention center in Porto Alegre, RS. A program entitled "Professionalization Week" was created during six meetings, in co-authoring with the adolescents. The program aims to provide information about job market and professionalization for adolescents undergoing socio-educative measures. Besides the authorship of the program, the intervention has contributed for the development of the adolescents, who participated actively in their socio-educational process, operating the principle of juvenile protagonism expressed in law.
