Pre-service Teachers Views on their Campus Garden Based Teaching Practice

Abstract

This study presents the 2nd grade preservice science teachers' reflection on a teaching practice in the campus garden that planned and organized by their classmates. They were interviewed about this practice and their teaching approaches for Garden-Based Learning (GBL). Outcomes showed that preservice science teachers believe they need more practice for outdoor teaching. They are
feeling not well prepared taking the students outside the classroom.
