Abstract
The physicochemical characterization of degradable thermosensitive polymeric micelles was presented. Dynamic light scattering measurements showed that these block copolymers form polymeric micelles in water with a size of 50 nm by heating of an aqueous polymer solution. Fluorescence spectroscopy measurements with pyrene loaded in the hydrophobic core of the micelles showed that these micelles were incubated at pH 8.6. It was found that the micelles possess a spherical shape with a narrow size distribution.
