Abstract
De financiering van de rechterlijke organisatie is in de Grondwet en in de Comptabiliteitswet gebrekkig geregeld. Een wettelijke grondslag voor de financiering van de Hoge Raad ontbreekt geheel. In deze bijdrage doe ik voorstellen om deze gebreken op rechtsstatelijke grondslag te repareren.
