Abstract
In dit onderzoek staat de doorwerking van de op grond van richtlijn 85/337/EEG inzake milieueffectrapportage (m.e.r.-richtlijn) en richtlijn 2001/42/EG inzake strategische milieubeoordeling (smb-richtlijn) verplichte milieueffectbeoordeling voor besluiten en plannen die aanzienlijke milieueffecten kunnen hebben centraal.
