Abstract
Omdat een definitie ontbreekt van een ordeningsprobleem is het onduidelijk of de juiste patiënten starten met een medicatierol. Door patiënten vanaf 80 jaar en kwetsbare patiënten met polyfarmacie periodiek te screenen kunnen apothekers ordeningsproblemen tijdig herkennen. Dat blijkt uit promotieonderzoek van apotheker Bram Mertens.
