Abstract
Calls for scrapping programs, caps on international students, and ending
international recruitment have worried teachers and students in Dutch legal
education. There is little to gain by the current proposals, and too much to
lose. Legal education benefits from internationalization. We should leave it to
educational institutions themselves to decide on how best to foster inclusive,
international and intercultural learning environments.
