Abstract

Research concentrating on individual intrapreneurial employees is rare, while it is often assumed that it would be beneficial for organizations when 'the average employee' also show (some) intrapreneurial behavior. Is this the case and is intrapreneurship also helpful and healthful for employees themselves?
