Abstract
In Nederland zien we dat 31 procent van de Nederlandse promovendi vrouw is in 2011 (CBS, 2011). Deze ondervertegenwoordiging van vrouwen is zorgwekkend vanuit zowel wetenschappelijk als maatschappelijk perspectief.
