Abstract
This special issue of the Journal of Legal Pluralism and Unofficial Law (vol 47: 3) is dedicated to the legacy of Franz von Benda-Beckmann. As the title Legal Pluralism in Past and Future suggests, it contains a reflection on the importance of Franz von Benda-Beckmann’s body of work for the study of legal pluralism.
