Abstract

The application relates to a composition comprising an agricultural substrate, further comprising superabsorbent polymer particles and optionally further comprising fungal mycelium. Methods for producing the composition and methods the production of fungal mycelium and/or mushrooms using the composition as well as mycelium, mushrooms and/or a mycelium comprising the composition are also described herein.
