Edible emulsion comprising 5 to 85 wt percent fat and between 0.003 wt percent and 0.7 wt percent of iron and between 0.002 wt percent and 0.3 wt percent of zinc. 2. Edible emulsion according to claim 1 wherein the amount of iron is from 0.02 wt percent to 0.35 wt percent. 3. Edible emulsion according to claim 1 wherein amount of zinc is from 0.02 wt percent to 0.15 wt percent. 4. Edible emulsion according to claim 1 wherein the amount of fat is between 20 and 70 wt percent. 5. Edible emulsion according to claim 1 wherein the amount of fat is from 25 to 60 wt percent, preferably from 30 to 40 wt percent. 6. Edible emulsion according to claim 1 wherein the emulsion is fat continuous having a dispersed aqueous phase. 7. Edible emulsion according to claim 6 wherein the droplet size distribution D3,3 of the dispersed aqueous phase is less than 20 micro m, preferably less than 8 micro m, more preferably less than 4 micro m. 8. Edible emulsion according to claim 1 wherein the amount of EPA and/or DHA fatty acids is 0.5 to 25 wt percent on fat level. 9. Edible emulsion according to claim 1 wherein no protein is present.
