Abstract
In dit artikel geeft de auteur een kritische beschouwing van het recent gepresenteerde voorstel Klimaatwet. De aanleiding, totstandkoming, het instrumentarium en de verhouding tot klimaatwetgeving in andere landen komen aan de orde.
