Abstract
De laatste tijd wordt veelvuldig gediscussieerd over het gebruik van voorspelalgoritmes in het recht – er wordt zelfs beweerd dat de invoering van ‘de robotrechter’ een kwestie van tijd is. In dit artikel bespreken we of, en zo ja hoe, voorspelalgoritmes van nut kunnen zijn voor de rechtsgemeenschap, in het bijzonder voor de rechtspraak.
