Abstract
De coronapandemie heeft impact op zowel de distributie van geneesmiddelen als op de farmaceutische patiëntenzorg, blijkt uit een online enquête van UPPER. Aanpassingen in het uitgifteproces zijn vooral gericht op het verminderen van patiëntencontact. Aanvullende voorlichtingsmaterialen, zoals animatievideo’s, kunnen de begeleiding door de apotheker niet volledig vervangen.
