Abstract

In this chapter, contract modifications in the Netherlands are described and discussed to provide an understanding of the legal landscape. It considers the Dutch implementation of the EU public procurement rules in the Aanbestedingswet 2012 and carefully discusses the subsequent jurisprudence and practices related to the most significant questions concerning modifications in the Dutch context.
