Abstract

This chapter aims at discussing the conclusions reached by the previous authors through the lens of a new analytical framework for regime interaction, namely the ‘Three-Categories Approach.’ This approach identifies three categories of interaction (interactive form; interactive substance; interactive process) and proposes to apply to each category specific rules and principles to handle the interaction.
