Abstract

Contributions to a synthesis of landscape archaeological activities carried out in Nijmegen-Lent as part of heritage management by Gemeente Nijmegen during expansion of the city and reconstruction of the Waal river dike and bridges in the past decade. In 2014-2015, Dr. Kim Cohen advised to the project on landscape reconstruction and interpretation of sedimentological field data and dating results and reviewed corresponding text in chapters 2-6. Cohen contributed figure 3.6 and box-texts on page 62 (OSL) and 168-159 (lacquer peels).
