Abstract
Cement industry is a traditional energy-intensive industry in Henan Province,which emits a lot of air pollutants. In this article,the economically feasible measures were selected by using energy-saving supply curve method from 31 energy-saving measures,and then the potential of energy-saving and emission reduction were forecasted under different scenarios in 2030 in Henan 's cement industry. The results show that( 1) In energy-saving scenario in 2030 energy consumption in Henan's cement industry will reach 6. 13 million t of coal equivalent,and the energy-saving potential are 306 million t of coal equivalent compared to the baseline scenario. The energy-saving potential of the electricity-saving measures and energy-saving measures contribute to 93. 22% and 6. 78% respectively,in which low temperature heat recovery for power generation and high pressure roller press for ball mill pre-grinding are the most electricity-saving measures,and blended cement replacement and use of alternative fuel are the most energy-saving measures.( 2) In energy-saving scenario the emissions of carbon CO_2,SO_2,NO_x and PM_(10) in energy-saving scenario in 2030 will be 67. 02 million t,9 thousand t,82. 7thousand t,and 65. 2thousand t respectively. The potential of emission reduction 11. 74 million t,4. 0 thousand t,12. 4thousand t,and 10. 2 thousand t in which blended cement replacement and use of alternative fuel have themost reduction potential.
