The Prize is to be awarded annually to the author of the best contribution published in the International Journal of Marine and Coastal Law. The jury has selected Dr Solène Guggisberg as the recipient of the 2019 Gerard J. Mangone Prize for her article ‘The EU’s Regulation on the Sustainable Management of External Fishing Fleets: International and European Law perspectives’ that was published in Volume 34, Issue 2, pp. 291-324.
