At Utrecht University, we are working towards a better world. We do this by researching complex issues beyond the borders of disciplines. Our research is focused on four strategic themes: Dynamics of Youth, Institutions for Open Societies, Life Sciences and Pathways to Sustainability. In these themes, researchers with different expertises are joining forces with societal partners to ponder research questions and strategies on tackling key societal challenges.
