We aimed to increase visibility of the community-managed greenspaces in the city with the “Let’s do Green” day on 16 June 2019. The topic of the day was “The value of communal gardening for nature in the city”. During this day, 24 communal greenspace initiatives in Utrecht organized an Open Day during which interested citizens could visit their initiatives. We also organized a mini-symposium open to the public with presentations by Utrecht municipality and Utrecht University. This was followed by a cycle tour
