Visiting Research Australian Centre for Climate and Environment Law (ACCEL)

As visiting researcher at ACCEL I was able to exchange scholarly ideas on the interaction between various fields of international law on the issue of climate change, under the guidance of Professor Ed Couzens. ACCEL’s specialisation in the unique regulatory challenges posed by different facets of climate change was of special interest. The Centre’s scholarship on the various strands of legal development around the world provided insightful material for comparison with the EU’s climate policy.
