Description

Stress at work is a common experience across various professions. It can arise from multiple factors or conditions, such as high workloads, job insecurity, and interpersonal conflicts. Additionally, organizational changes, like restructuring or downsizing, as well as societal changes, such as economic instability or weak social safety system, can further escalate stress levels.

To create a more sustainable work environment, it is essential to identify these stressors, understand their consequences, and develop relevant coping strategies. In this colloquium, we aim to bring together KLI PhD fellows working on diverse topics to address the central question: How can we effectively mitigate workplace stress and foster a healthier, more resilient workforce?
