The problematic pupil: implications for language research with an eye tracker

Recent research has shown that pupil size changes may affect the gaze direction reported by an eye tracker. In this presentation I will discuss the practical consequences for reading research. My aim is to illustrate my points with realistic examples that can be applied in the lab. This talk is intended to be interesting for future, novice but also the more experienced researcher in eye tracking research
