15-minute meetings with high school girls aged 15/16/17 (4 HAVO and 4/5 VWO) where I explained them my career choices and talked about my daily work life. The general aim of the 'Spiegelbeeld' program is to present role models (i.e., women that are successful in STEM) to female teenagers, showing them that they can choose a career in STEM as well as men.
