Description

On Wednesday 11 December, the workshop ‘Labor, Identity, and Inequality: Navigating Cultural and Creative Industries in a Globalized Economy’ will take place. This workshop, organised by Anne Kustritz and Philipp Dominik Keidl, examines shifting labour conditions within cultural and creative industries.

Transforming cultural labour
As cultural and creative work becomes increasingly fragmented and technologised, traditional boundaries between employment types blur, raising questions about labour rights, economic dependency, and identity in the workplace.

By addressing these transformations, the workshop invites a critical reflection on the structures shaping contemporary cultural labour and the need for new approaches to support and sustain diverse creative practices amidst ongoing economic and social change.
