The fourth in a series of workshops co-organised by medieval historians from the universities of Utrecht and Tübingen. This time with a comparative starting-point between Byzantium and the West, for which prof.dr.Claudia Rapp and her research team joined. All participants gave research presentations, mine on materiality.
