The members of the roundtable will speak about their research and the most salient features of their own PhD programs, explore the differences and the lines of connection between their programs and their academic cultures and the programs and cultures of their conversation partners, and think together about what we can learn from each other with a view toward the creative reform of our respective PhD programs and the academic cultures in which the programs are nested.
